Shipping

Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship anywhere in the United States. We’re working on expanding worldwide soon!

Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is completely free—no extra fees, no surprises at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?
We process orders in 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes another 4–6 business days. So you should get your order in about 5–9 business days total.

Which shipping companies do you use?
We ship with UPS, USPS, and FedEx—whichever gets it to you fastest and safest.

Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and carrier info so you can follow your package.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return something if I change my mind?
Totally. You’ve got 30 days to return or exchange it—no hassle, no fees.

How do I return an item?
Just email us at info@rosarygrace .com with your order number and the reason you’re returning. We’ll send you everything you need, including a prepaid return label.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Nope. Whether it’s damaged or you just changed your mind—returns are free.

What’s required to make a return?

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
You’ll need to show proof of purchase

When will I get my refund?
After we get your return, we’ll process your refund in about 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days to show up in your account.

Something missing or damaged?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@rosarygrace .com (and a photo or video helps speed things up). We’ll send a replacement or refund you—no stress.
